The Berkshire Consumer Services Program (BCSP)is part of a network of Local Consumer Programs (LCP) working in cooperation with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. BCSP offers free and voluntary phone-based mediation and counseling services to consumers who have filed complaints regarding issues they have experienced with businesses.
