The Homeless and Unaffiliated Youth Program supports individuals aged 18-24 in Berkshire County who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Our comprehensive services are designed to address their unique needs and empower them towards stability and self-sufficiency.

Services We Provide:

    • Ongoing support and regular check-ins.
    • Assistance with navigating complex systems.
  • Advocacy:
    • Ensuring the rights and needs of participants are recognized and met.
    • Representation in social services, legal contexts, and other necessary situations.
  • Mediation:
    • Conflict resolution services for disputes with family members, landlords, or peers.
    • Promoting healthier relationships and stable environments.
  • Housing Search:
    • Assistance with finding safe and affordable housing.
    • Support throughout the housing search process, including application and lease negotiation.
  • Linkage to Mainstream Resources:
    • Connecting participants with essential services like healthcare, education, and employment opportunities.
    • Guidance in accessing financial assistance programs.
